Responsible for: Jim oversees all of MOR's programs and services as well as internal operations and external functions, such as advocacy and communications.
Personal info: Jim’s past experience includes divisional Chief Operation Officer positions for 3 of the top 5 financial services organizations (Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, and the ‘Last Bank’ Washington Mutual ‘WaMu’). B.A. from U of M, so yes, a proud Grizzly; however, can often be found advocating for the Bobcats, because balance is important. Master’s in leadership in human systems and organizational design, holds certifications in executive leadership coaching, adult education, and has received several national leadership awards for mergers and acquisitions in the bank industry.
Hobbies: Jim is often found on one Missoula’s local pickleball courts, when he isn’t working on home gardening projects with his husband of 22 years.

Sonya McCloney
Membership & Operations Director
Professional Standards Administrator
Responsible for: Sonya oversees MOR's membership department as well as all continuing education (CE) programs and services. She is the staff liaison for the MOR4Kids Board of Directors and is also one of two Professional Standards Adminstators on staff.
Personal info: Sonya previously worked as Manager of Customer Service in the utility industry for nearly 25 years. Sonya graduated from the University of Montana in 2001 with a B.A. in Psychology.
Hobbies: When not in the office, Sonya spends her time hiking, camping and enjoying the outdoors with her huskies.

Jeff LeRoy
Public Affairs & Data Director
Responsible for: Jeff oversees and directs MOR’s Public Affairs program, including all efforts related to government affairs, RPAC, and the Association’s housing market data. His role works to protect the interests of our members and the real estate industry in local and regional real estate matters, and ensures MOR continues to be the voice of real estate in the greater Missoula area.
Personal info: Jeff's eclectic background includes more than 20 years at Procter & Gamble where he worked in communications and media purchasing. A believer in public service, Jeff was elected to two terms on City Council in Wyoming, Ohio (pop. 9,000). He graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point with a BS in Political Science and has a masters degree in Strategic Studies. Jeff came to Montana on a canoe trip several years ago where he met his now-girlfriend, Jamie. Inspired by Montana's beauty and lifestyle, and after a 2+ year long distance relationship, Jeff decided to make Missoula his home.
Hobbies: Anything outdoors or involving competition, but particularly running half marathons and river guiding with Missoula's Lewis & Clark Trail Adventures. Huge Cincinnati Bengals and Griz football fan.

Bri Hoffman
Membership & Education Specialist
Responsible for: Bri is responsible for assisting with MOR’s Membership department, assists with continuing education (CE) events, and manages general communications.
Personal info: Bri graduated from The College of Idaho in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration specializing in Accounting, Marketing, and Communications, and where she played collegiate softball up until the week of graduation. Go Yotes! She has about 5 years of professional experience in customer experience, and then some.
Hobbies: Outside of work, Bri enjoys spending time with friends and family, whether exploring the outdoors, relaxing at home, attending concerts, or adventuring to new places. She grew up in a competitive family where sports were always part of your day—especially softball and volleyball!

Dahlia Douse
Front Desk/Social Media Specialist
Responsible for: Dahlia is responsible for general administrative support and managing the Association's SentriLock Lockbox Program, as well as MOR's social media content.
Personal info: I am from Spokane, WA and have lived in Missoula for 3 years now, but I have always been a Griz fan! I have previous experience in social media management and marketing, and I am currently studying data analytics.
Hobbies: When not in the office, I am camping, going to concerts, and spending time with my friends and family.
