2024 REALTORS® Relief Grant

The application deadline was Tuesday, October 1st at 12:00 p.m. MST, and we are no longer accepting applications. All existing applicants will be contacted with a status update as soon as it is available.

As you may know, the Missoula community experienced a significant weather event on July 24th, 2024 which has left many in our community facing unexpected challenges. In response, the Missoula Organization of REALTORS® (MOR) is taking proactive steps to support those affected.

We are pleased to announce we have partnered with the National Association of REALTORS® and the REALTOR® Relief Foundation to offer financial assistance to those who qualify.

More specifically, assistance is available to qualified applicants of Missoula County towards one of the following options:

1) Monthly mortgage expense for the primary residence that was damaged by the Missoula Wind storm or;

2) Rental cost due to displacement from the primary residence resulting from the Missoula Wind Storm or;

3) Hotel reimbursement due to displacement from the primary residence resulting from the Missoula Wind Storm.

Please note financial assistance is for housing relief only, and not for general debris/tree clean-up.

Please note that households without a mortgage payment may still be eligible.

Between now and October 1st, 2024, Missoula County residents who were directly affected by the July 24th storm are encouraged to complete MOR’s REALTORS® Relief Fund Grant Application.
