Financing Options
It's easy to focus on the financing options that are most familiar--FHA, VA or a conventional loan. But there are other avenues for financing such as the Montana Board of Housing and USDA Rural Development. The Human Resource Council and homeWORD may have downpayment assistance available. Contact a local lender for additional information on these and other programs.
